RSS Explained
What is RSS?
RSS (Rich Site Summary / Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
Users subscribe to a feed, and then receive updates automatically from our main page notifying them/you of upcoming events, cancellations, etc. This differs from a mailing list as the updates do not go to your email* and are not pushed from us to you. Instead, we provide the information, and your feed reader will pull the updates to you.

Great, How Do I Signup?
All you need to do is put this URL into your feed reader: http://www.skatemountpearl.ca/feed/feed.xml. If you click on this link, you will likely be shown the XML in your web browser, some browsers allow you to configure an RSS reader from this page. Others integrate this functionality directly into the browser (Firefox and 'Live Bookmarks').
* - You can possibly configure a feed reader service to email updates to your email if you prefer. If I find such an application/service, I'll include the information here.
